Freelance Services
Agreement
This Freelance Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between North & Co. Studio (“Client”) and the undersigned service provider (“Contractor”).
Scope of services
Contractor will provide brand strategy, creative direction, and design services as outlined in the approved project brief.
Timeline
Services begin September 2, 2026. Final deliverables are due no later than October 30, 2026.
Payment terms
Client agrees to a project fee of $8,500. A 50% deposit is due upon execution; the balance is due upon completion.
Ownership
Upon full payment, Client receives ownership of final approved deliverables. Contractor retains rights to working files.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
